[Resolved]  Savoy Hospitality (Opc) Pvt. Ltd. — not refunding interest on membership fee of rs. 1 lac convert into 12 installments.

As per the registrar of company site, i suppose you are the sole director of savoy hospitality (Opc) pvt. Ltd and i would like to escalate certain grievances of mine for redressal at your end.
1. Myself and my wife munmun bandyopadhyay, got lured by your sales consultant as well as public relation officer abid shelby on 11th august (Who is well trained how to cheat the customer by making false commitment and then never lifted the phone call as on date) at your kolkata office in chambers mall on 11th august and took membership for 5 years by paying rs. 1.25 lacs by standard chartered credit card out of which rs. 1 lac was under 12 months insurance scheme where interest amount was rs. 7767/- and mr. Shelby committed that it will be returned immediately witnin 20days which has been proved blatant lie till date. You can make out the same from trailing communication between me and your kolkata customer care team where all the commitments for payment of interest has been failed as on date.
2. Initially while getting the membership itself, i had a doubt whether your organisation will be able to make required service delivery which other reputed travel company/ agents does but the name of savoy actually won over my doubt at that time which has been proved wrong later.
3. While searching the company profile in goggle, surprisingly it appeared that the company is very new which none of your representative reveled the fact on 11th august and paid up capital is only 1 lac which means the risk for winding up the company is bare minimum and at any point of time company can disappear from the markert as you must have made fool of quite a few customers like me and raised the fund from the market.
3. Being the director of the company, there is no company specific id is registered against your name and your mail id is simple gmal id in company regitrar details which is also one more surprise to me.
4. All the commitments made at the time of taking membership and mentioned in the agreement like free gym membership for one year but till now only 3 months payment has been made which will expire in november, refund of interest amount which has not been made till now inspiote of several mails from your end, discount vouchers for beauty parlour (Eye catchers) was committed but not given as on date has confirmed by doubt that this company is actually fraud and may be engaged in money laundering activity. I am also doubting whether you are the actual director of the company or that information is also false.
In view of aabove commitment failures, i have lost all faith on your company and please refund my mebership fee of rs. 1.25lacs immediately within next 7 days or else i will sue you under consumer protection act for deficiency of service as well as clause and sub clause of ipc 420 for cheating the customer.

But to my surprise my credit card statement of standard chartered bank in this month shows first emi of rs. 7810.60 towards principal amount and rs. 1170/- as interest amount which need to be paid by me. Now regarding the second offer mentioned in your letter about one year free membership offer for 2 persons for one year, i would like to inform you that we have taken membership in the gym named "absolute fitness zone" which is just by the side of our complex neelachan abasan, kasba and the membership fee for two person for one year is rs. 18600/-. Please let me know how you are going to issue voucher / membership fee for the gym from september 1st, 2019 to one year. Address of the gym is as follows -
