SBI Card — Deduction of 500 rupees from my credit card after available of balance for auto debit process in my due date.

Deduction of 500 rupees from my credit card after available of balance for auto debit process in my due date. on dated 13 may 2023 i had to pay 1789.11 through auto debit process and even also on this particular day i have kept 1789.11 rupees available in my account but still they deducted 500 rupees showing reason of payment dishonor fee in 14th may 2023.
As sir i m going under financial crisis, such amount also means a lot for me.
So, its my request near you to look over this matter and kindly refund my extra amount deducted. my credit card details are below
