[Resolved] Sbi Credit Card Emi — mental harassment ever after paid the amount | |||
I'm dyana, an sbi credit card customer, i have closed my credit card account long back, however, paying the last emi regularly for past 1 and a half year, this month also i paid the amount on 6-8-18, via cheque deposited in kvb bank, and i have the payment slip or that and it has been debited in my account go entered in passbook. Daily one person calling me and giving pressure for to do the payment, since i'm pregnant i'm getting pressure because of this Even after couple of times i told them, they didn't consider and added that amount in next month emi with interest as (2904) instead of 1300, also for the main balance also they added interest, I want that to be resolved. Still now i didn't get call form your end, however I got only the payment bill for this month adding extra unwanted interest and amount in monthly payment as well as in main balance, and the due date is 6th this month also im getting continuous call to do the payment which has been paid already.
I don't know how long you will take to check the payment made last month 6th even after i sent the proof for it,
Request you to solve this asap.
