Sbi Credit Card Emi — sbi credit card emi - got proof for this month emi payment , but said not paid and added that amount for next month

Hi,

I'm Dyana, an SBI credit card customer, I have closed my credit card account long back, however last purchased EMI is going monthly ( around 1300) and till this date i'm paying the amount every month without fail, last month payment also I made on 6-8-18, via cheque and I have the cheque no with me along with deposited slip, also got entry in the passbook too.

But on 18th Saturday person from SBI called me and said that I didn't do the payment for this month, even after couple of times i told them, they didn't consider and added that amount in next month EMI with interest as (2904), also for the main balance also they added interest,
I want that to be resolved .

These people keep on calling me and irritating me for the payment, which has been done already, even though I said I have proof for the payment.

Please do the need full
