Dear concerns,

In september i had a o/s of inr 01, 01, 900 and i paid inr 45, 000 in october 2018 and initiated settlement for rest amount in order to close the card.

I am suffering from job loss & poor financial conditions, so request you to settle my card and close the same, the query raised in september 2018 and till date its not resolved, i am getting charges on daily basis which is not acceptable from my end.

Please process the settlement and close this on a healthy note.

I want to for the settlement for my credit card too they are harassing me and i agreed to pay the settlement at 38600 and they are now demanding to pay 54000 and i can go upto 35000 only. Kindly help on settlement. I'm very much stressed and sick from last few months due financially unstable and have other loans to clear..
