Sir,
I am your customer since very long & bear your credit card & saving accounts. But after paying for the due amount on my card, I am still getting sms regarding balance. Also they have assured me of settling my account with no debit, take money from me through agent & till today I have not got the balance amount. I need your institution help as I have paid due amount & I have been chased through your dept.
Please help me in releived from the albatrose.

SBI credit card settlement — Paid full settlement still sending the outstanding letters
I have closed my sbi card with full and final settlement still they are sending outstanding letters and mails.I have their letter and receipt.Thinking to file the case against sbi .If I receive the next letter than i will give the police complaint.
