Sbi Creditcard — SBI CREDITCARD BLOCK

I am planning to lodge consumer complaint against SBI Credit Card for looting customers. SBI has collected Rupees Twenty Six Thousand as FD and issued advance plus credit card 8 months before but the facility cannot be utilized during the last two months. Even after repeated enquiry with the customer executive via email and telephonic calls, they are not provided the reason for card block. Even though the card is blocked the last two months, I am paying the due amount on date. Even the paper furnishing details of FD amount has not yet received and on repeated enquiry with SBI, they mentioned that they are not responsible for this and a outside agency is doing the activity and they can’t do anything regarding this matter. Considering all this fact, I request everyone not to support or entertain any of these activities
