My account has been deducted with Rs. 57, 722 on 31/03/2022 at 04:00 PM.
I've not done any such transaction through ATM/UPI/net banking. I've not even received any TXN ID also. Since, today banks are not open, I'm not able to lodge my complaints. the helpline numbers are passing me from one numbers to other helpline numbers. I've even mailed on report.[protected]@sbi.co.in, [protected]@sbi.co.in, & [protected]@sbi.co.in But they again asked me to lodge complaint through helpline numbers. I even tried filing complaint through https://crcf.sbi.co.in/ccf/ but this channel is also down and asked to call helpline. My Branch Code is SBIN0007936. Kindly look into the issue. I'm trying to lodge complaint before 24hrs of fraud otherwise bank should take the responsibility Since all are the branches and contact channels are closed. Was this information helpful? |
