SBI General Insurance Company — Delay in settlement of claim No[protected]

I, Navin Kumar, having my Policy no. [protected] and member ID SBIG47281816 have submitted medical claim on 04.03.2022 online vide Claim no.[protected] amounting Rs. 60, 521/- for reimbursement.
I have already submitted all the required documents required by the mediassit and further the needed documents as per queries also submitted. The medical documents sent to mediassist physically by courier on 19.03.2022.
After submission of all the necessary documents, the Mediassist has not reimbursed my claim ammount and harrasing me.
Since I am in urgent need of money for further medical treatment otherwise my treatment will stop in between. If My further treatment hampers, I will have to move legally to challenge the mediassist in court.

Kindly settle my claim urgently in order to avoid any hinderance in my ongoing medical treatment
