I, Navin Kumar, having my Policy no. [protected] and member ID SBIG47281816 have submitted medical claim on 04.03.2022 online vide Claim no.[protected] amounting Rs. 60, 521/- for reimbursement.
I have already submitted all the required documents required by the mediassit and further the needed documents as per queries also submitted. The medical documents sent to mediassist physically by courier on 19.03.2022.

I purchase one long term home insurance policy from sbi general insurance company.
I bought my policy on 16th jan online. But during the payment otion after payment deduction page is refresh & policy is not genrated. When i talk to customer care then they confirm the payment & send me ref number of payment & update me i will recieve policy within week..
Still i dont received my policy doument. I am follow up customer...

want to cancel the policy of sbi general insurance

As per sub. Without my conformation sbi gic had collected the premium from my account and give me the sme policy.
But i don't want policy from sbi gic and which policy they had issued it is totally wrong policy.
And as per my complain the company not responding me for policy cancellation.
I want to cancel this policy and refund full amount.
The company's executive called me and said that we can't cancelled this...
