Received the fund back in my SBI account on 16th July.

I am a customer of SBI, Taramani branch with IFSC code: SBIN0010673. I have done an IMPS transaction with Ref.No: IMPS [protected]MOAAFELGN1 for amount Rs50000 on[protected], 13.20hrs to my wife's UCO bank account. By 13.26hrs, I got a "timed out" message in my registered mobile. I have immediately discussed this issue with Manager, SBI, Tharamani and he assured to credit back within 2 hours. But they credited on 30-4-18, without any penalty or penal interest. Because of deficiency in service of the bank, I was nearly dead mentally with huge pressure for these three days and I am unable to accept this situation as it is. In my view, the attitude of the bank is demoralizing the aim of our prime minister's digital India and the reliability of IMPS. I don't know, where my money is hanged for 3 days. This attitude should be penalized. I want to quote a proverb "If there is no bank, nothing will happen to the customer, but if no customer, the bank cannot exist".
