      I have bought an online payment gateway 2checkout.com (2co.com) for my website. Whenever I try to pay $1 refundable verification fee on 2checkout.com website through my SBI Mastercard Debit Card, it comes with "Authorization failed. Please verify the credit card information and try again, or enter a different card." this error. And suddenly I receive sms from SBI saying "Your transaction at POS 00100369 declined due to authentication failure." Because of this, I am unable to receive payments through my website. I have contacted with 2checkout support team, they said that, this problem is from SBI side, as they said "SBI needs to authenticate transactions made with name of 2checkout or 2co." and when I go to SBI branch, they don't have any employee who can understand this problem. Everyone says, I don't know how it's happening. Do SBI have any expert IT support, who can solve my problem? I need to verify my 2checkout account urgently. My website receives daily payment upto $500-$1000. But I am unable to get those into my account.

          I am just copying email that i sent to SBI Card for which I haven't received any reply yet.

          This is Chetan Gajare & I am holding SBI Card from last few years now. Card number is mentioned in the subject line. This card is under my sisters name “Anagha G” who is the primary card holder for this account. I am an Add On card holder.

          I had some fraudulent activity on my card few months ago so I had to block both the card but since then (May 2015) Me & my sister both are trying to get replacement card with no success. We were promised multiple times & given false commitments. Your customer service is worst I have ever seen in my life. I work for an Appliance Company in USA as an Operations Manger & I know what customer service is all about. But yours is the worst. You cannot take 5 months to deliver a simple card.

          Recent promise made to me was that I will be getting my CC delivered to my address on or before Sept 1, 2015. Request number given were 1-[protected] (Main Card) & 1-[protected] (Add On card) by your Customer Service Representative named Steffi. Today is Oct 10 almost 40 days later there is no card.

          We were given some answers like address change and all but everything was incorrect. Your Customer Service had no firm answer for me. They called mwe & my sister in the middle of our work & confirmed our addresses multiple times but never delivered a card.

          Seems like you guys are doing some kind of Scam here.

Recently went to iob ifsc code IOBA0001942.There one of the staff said as per rule a person eligible for only one account in any bank not eligible to open another account and said aadhar no link with bank account is must. Please clarify these things .on that bank staffs are not convey write things to client and treat the customer brutaly.please take action onthis.

                Non sanctioning of personal loan

And I have applied for a Personal loan under the scheme of PMSP at the said branch in the third week of Aug 2015 .                   Dear sir We want to inform you about the atm transaction fraud happened with us. As Our bank base branch is dhanpuri I did the transactions from Atm machine inside the bank branch sbi dehri (bihar)on 23 may 2014.I was trying to withdraw 20, 000 but didnt recieve that money nor the receipt of that transaction and message on mobile. But after querying the bank statement later we found that 40000 has been deducted .we contacted bank branch.Their manager was on leave and no one was ready to listen us.After insisting to listen they asked us to approach chairman of sbi. we complained to sbi customer care they asked us to wait for 7 days but still we didnt get the money. So we tried registering Fir in police but till today they have not registered the case. We know that you care for your customer and i am hoping to get our money back. Complaint no. registered with customer care AT[protected] They closed the case without taking any case As we got the closure message of case and their executive told that case has been closed without taking any action Yours faithfully Ram saneh singh

                    Since one year, last October 2014, i applied on Balance EMI and their system not allowed to booking and i did it 4-5 times but all failed and suddenly i found 2 of the booking was done without authorization, IVR Pin Number and then i complained and they always betrayed me and asked me to return one of EMI, i returned and then they charges so many penalties and still going on, i made many lumsum amount till i though they resolved but not and now my cibil score is getting destroyed because of their attitude, i wrote to CEO/Chairman including nodal officer but all are entertaining. so i want you to see the issue, i have all documents and communication with me to prove everything.

                        Dear sir,
                        On 3 October 2015, around 12:30pm I received a call from [protected] . he stating that I am Dipak Kumar Sharma from SBI Branch Manager. He says your ATM has been blocked but I refused it. He again called me and said that he will renew my ATM card . He asked my ATM card number and Adhar number unluckily I gave above the detail .Then he asked me for OTP CODE. Unfortunately i gave him that OTP code also. That person asked me around 7 OTP codes and I gave him all as I thought that he was of Ahiyapur, muazffarpur SBI Branch. Meanwhile I called to SBI toll free number from another phone for confirmation . he advice to end the call urgently. Then I reached the nearby SBI branch for inquiry of my account balance . I founded that my Rs.1, 24, 000 has been deducted from my account balance.Therafter I blocked the ATM card promptly by SBI bank and logged FIR in next days on 4 October 2015 . Today I called the convict his number was active but he didn't attended the call . DETAILS OF DEDUCTION:- paytm- pos-[protected] Rs.1950, 1949, 999 &1999, pos- [protected] Rs2000, 1000 And from Flipcart pos- [protected] Rs.39998 Please Find out the convict or fraud. Please try your level best to do it. Contact number:- [protected]
                        Dear sir,
                        On 19th November 2015, around 12:00am I received a call from [protected] . He stating that he is calling from syndicate Bank, Lic Division Branch, Sellur, Madurai. He says your ATM has been blocked but I refused it. He told me dont bother about the message and your account will be maintained correctly. I told him that I will enquire in the bank itself. When I verify my account balance, Rs. 7500 was deducted from my account balance (Rs. 4000 + Rs. 2500+Rs. 1000) on[protected].The next day, I went to the bank and met the Branch Manager. He does'nt respond and asked are you ready to spend Rs. 20, 000 or Rs. 25000 to find the culprit. We are not responsible for this. Being sad, I came to my home. I worked very hard to save that money. No one should affected by this culprit like me. That's why I am sending this letter.
                        Again on[protected], Rs. 200 was deducted from my account no. [protected] for POS txn at[protected][protected]-Paytm.com . Now my account balance is nil. Today I called the convict his number was active but he didn't attended the call .
                        DETAILS OF DEDUCTION:- paytm- pos-[protected] Rs.4000, 2500 & 1000, dt[protected] pos- [protected] Rs. 200 dated[protected] . Please Find out the convict or fraud. Please try your level best to do it. Contact number:- [protected]

                          I am using IRCTC credit card from 3 years and have acquired points which can be redeemed for AC train tickets. I had more than 2500 points in my account. All of a sudden I have noticed that the points got reduced to 800. When I contacted customer care they are informing that points expire after 3 years. They did not even send me any reminder or not even displayed this on my irctc shubh yatra page. More over I have earned these points over a period of three years and all my points expire all of a sudden. Does this make any sense. I would have understood if my points earned before Sep 2012 get expired. How can the points which were earned few months back expire all of a sudden. In this way no body can have the advantage of the card.

                              Dear sir, On 30 September 2015, around 01 'O' clock I received a call from [protected] . he stating that I am Dipak Kumar Sharma from Mumbai ATM Headquarter SBI Branch. He says your ATM has been blocked but I refused it. He again called me and said that he will renew my ATM card . I founded that my Rs/ 52, 979/- has been deducted from my account balance.Therafter I blocked the ATM card promptly by SBI bank and logged FIR in next days on 1 september 2015 at TALBEHET . Today I called the convict his number was active but he didn't attended the call .                                   My salary was stopped for payment for last six months in state bank of india . I am working for teacher at Government School . I am not get any salary loans in Sbi and any other banks. I ask at branch, they say agriculture insurance loan due was in pending. so Iam paid in part amount, and I request some more time for pay the balance amount . but they have not accepted and not release my salary. I think My account was mis used for officials. I am compliant at sbi no response and did not take any action . I am severely affected for my medical expenses and my old age parents, children's education expensesand facing many problem's in day to day daily life situations for not get in salary. So, the bank is responsibility for all my life events and my losses even my death, we are no way to live in life.

                                    I have done a Withdrawal of Rs20000 from an SBI atm in Vijayawada and i got only Rs19600 cash. There was a 100Rs note in the middle of 500Rs notes. Immediately i went to the branch and complained to the manager. But they didn't take any complaint and asked me to go to ATM branch somewhere and didn't even give me a phone number to call and register a complaint. Later i have called SBI ATM care toll free number and registered the complaint regarding the same. After few days even they closed the complaint saying it is a successful transaction. I didn't even get the receipt from ATM for that transaction but 20000Rs deducted from my account. Please consider my complaint and let me know what needs to be done to get it resolved.

                                      I have a salery/saving account ([protected]) with SBI Rajpur road Dehradun 248001 (IFSC Code SBIN0005713). I have purchased some items From local BIG BAZAR through ATM for Rs 3437.50 on dt 06.09.15. SBI blocked my Amount Rs 3437.50 as LIEN Amount twice on 08.09.15. SBI debited Rs 3437.50 on 08.09.15 from my account but one LIEN Amount for Rs 3437.50 not released. I have complained through Net banking with token SR[protected] on 09.09.15 & with token SR[protected] on 17.09.15. for releasing my amount. On dated 21.09.15 i have connected my branch & request to the staff for releasing my amount with Request No 16898415 . But result found ZERO. Again i have lodge a complaint to GM (NBG Cordination) SBI Nariman point mumbai on dated 29.09.15. But I have not any responce & result found ZERO. So I request to your kind honour that please credit my amount Rs 3437.50 & punish the responsible staff for this irregularties.
