Respected Sir My name is Vikram Jadhav i have joined SBI life insurance company limited as an agent in the year 2019. I haven't doing any business for that company. But my pan number looked up in irda portal. Applicant name Vikram Jadhav Father name Narayan Jadhav Date of birth 19 Feb 1988 My Pan is AUQPJ5847G My Agent Code is SLI[protected] Type individual Category life Due to some reason i want to resign and deactivate my agent code as soon as possible as it is affecting my present job.
