Hello sir, m name is navalpreet kaur w/o simranjeet singh, currently we have 2 SBI life insurance policy with us. every year we paid the amount well within time or most of the time before due date. In year 2023, our premium due date was 18.10.2023 and we paid the amount sum of Rs. 42, 950 on dated 11.10.2023 through your link which sent by your sms facility every year. once i clicked and fill all the relevant formalities as usual, the amout of rs.42, 950 was deducted from my SBI account number, whoso detail as follows and bank statement is also attached for your reference, but i could not get receipt of amount paid. the matter has already been conveyed to local SBI life insurance Hoshiarpur, near Bus stand Hoshiarpur, Punjab-146001 office through written request in month of october but till date 23.01.2024 my issue was not sought out.

I hold a housing loan account with SBI and the SBI Suraksha account linked with it has the A/C No : [protected].

This housing loan was sanctioned in 2013. And as per the rule, five premiums was to be paid. I have paid Rs. 22172/- each in year 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017. Even after 2017, I noticed some transactions in the account & when approached the branch the manager there told me to pay the out standing and I made a payment of 54708/- and made the balance as Rs1/- as per the instruction by the manager. Later 3-4 there was no transaction in this account & after 4-5 months again it started. When I approached branch, they directed me to RACPC Whitefield.
I met Mr. Vinay at RACPC whitefield and explained all what has happened. This was in April. I spent almost 5hrs in bank, they could not find anything & wanted to refer to backend team. Again I visited RACPC after 15 days and no body knows what is the issue. Its almost 2 months now and still no solution for this issue.

Very sorry to say that the bank is crucifying a customer for the fault from bank's side. And no one respond to the queries. Would appreciate if you can look on to this issue & advice a solution.

Request you not to ignore this mail and hope you could understand how a customer feels when he is made to run from pillar to post not because of his mistake.

I had visited my Branch on 18th May 2023.Given a written letter and deactivation form of deactivation of my code SBI Life . So that I can't join present job.

I am writing to urgently request an update on my NOC (No Objection Certificate) application that I submitted SBI life insurance almora (uttrakhand) on 17th March.

I understand that it may take time to process the application, but I need the NOC urgently to join max life insurance. As the due date for submitting the documentation is approaching, I am anxious about not receiving the NOC yet.
