SBI — Vidya lakshmi portal application status

Address:SBI BANK,VISHRAMBAG, SANGLI,MAHARASHTRA

Its been last week its just showing 'prima facie Eligible' as application status.
I have applied loan request to SBI bank.
Last week its showing same status there is no reponse fron the bank.
Please help me ASAP.
We can't afford the fees so applied for the loan.
I will lose this admission and ruin my life please help me ASAP.
