This is in reference to my complaint[protected] which I made on 21st August 2021, wherein I was issued a new credit card, without my consent, and I never received also. Credit card ending with 86.
But annual fees were charged. No consent or action from my end, and I had specifically mentioned not to issue this card from my end clearly. Yet the card was issued and annual charges were levied.
I have permanantly deactivated it, and complained for wrong charging of annual fees. I have spend almost 6-7 hours of work hours for reaching out. But the system in place is such that I can't reach customer care directly, even after calling on chargeable number.
I don't have credit card number with me, so I can't even input that number. And my earlier credit card is deactivated or is not having any complaint. Customer care representative is not connecting.
This is very wrong and unprofessional, wherein I am being forced to unnecessarily pay up the charges, benefit of which I have not even availed.
Representative had ensured that query would be resolved before 25th August 2021. Was this information helpful? |
