I was promised no annual charges while filling the form. Incase I have written LIFETIME FREE above I signed free. Now i have received card which is not yet activated also, however still i am charged annual charges.

I am cheated by SBI Cards.

I applied for SBI credit cards thro online. i recd enquiries and visits to my house to verify my details. The persons calling, visiting to verify were very unprofessional to say very mildly- they were stupid, they are not trained at all. I availed a loan of rs.150000 from sbicard in jan, 2017 and the emi is for 36 months which includes principal and interest. Upto oct.2018, the recovery was ok. But from nov, 2018 they started showing the interest separately as debit - not only this it was added to my other debits ie. Purchases and financial charges. Ie. I have been raised complaints and it was not resolved by rbi ombudsman, between many times i have been tortured by many ways by the sbicard recovery peoples. They coming home with many peoples and using all the bad words and shouting like anything. I would like to go everything legally for that i must need your advice guidance.
