i amade payment of Rs12000.00 on 2.12.2008 by cash on the advise of the bank represnetative mr dinsesh .that payemt is not still now credited by the bank bank daily harsement me two to three hopurs daily are spoiled by me in there reply they management do nothing .they can harse only this is very ugly and bad experience in my life please do noit faithe in sbi cards they are lazy and rough. there behavier is also very bad. there employee are also currrupt somm Was this information helpful? | |

som amount was due on me in the month of oc and nov 2008.ireply that i will pay only after receiving the statement
aas your efficient management of sbi card was not sending me statement manually. and i was unable to get it through emaaaaaaail
mine request and complaint are lying with unefficient customer care centre thousand of time.
so i received call from gurgoan office for payment, ijust destroyed the call gave it to the executive sent by dinesh from sbi card.i received variouss call daily ;so i ask him that i am ready to pay a sumb sum rs 12000.00 as full and final payment.
a I ask him vaious tiem for the sattlement letter he reply me that my executive will write on the receipt that full and final payment been received . he refuse to get payment though ch.both were on line he force me to payment by cash so i paid him cash
i fax many time the photocopy of receipt .that copy was delivered to mr rishi bhasin by hand in your gurgoan office by me
he told me that this is the fault of our executive you are not at fault.i will take this and will solve the case
your office have sent aperson who coleted photcopy of receipt, but no action is taken
i daily email the receipt to you
daily u people have spoiled two two hours mine .you people are doing nothing but harseing me. you want i should die.u can hange me because i have no fault .u can kill me .you can imposed any penelties upon me your staff is currpt and involved in scam .your management is selfish and misbehveier..they ask that you are not at fault but we will kill you
you have spoiled my life /.I daily reply your uncable and unefficient staff which have not teken action against the guilty.

ti is matter of samefull that when i ask customer care centre for staement they said we have no pending request . so i think u people conceal every thing there is no trnspiracy in your institutuion
