SBICPSL — credit card not dispatched though charged

Hi there,
I have not even received my sbi credit card and monthly statement got generated. I am surprised how come card got charged without getting dispatched and accepted by me. I do not have any account information including my card number in order to make any further inquiries on it.
I am totally not satisfied with response from sbi customer care email service, they just saying amount is due, but i don't have any card information to make payment and understand about the fraud transaction that were made.
Please let me know if you any personal information, as i do not have any sbi account information to share.
