Sbiepay — Transaction failed but not reverted amount | |||||
I made a voluntary contribution to nps on 7 july 2017 for 10000.71/- through nps web site using sbiepay gate way the amount was deducted with reference number : 18409762 through vijaya bank net banking and next level did not get any confirmation message from sbiepay or nps. Till now the amount is not reverted and since three days trying to contact sbiepay over phone there is no response. Even they not bothered to reply to mails. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have made a deposit of Rs.10, 000 in eNPS (National Pension Fund). While I choosing your payment gateway for payment, Choose my bank (Syndicate) net banking option of payment, amount deduct from my bank and redirect to another page and show me below error message (attach message also)
