Myself Pratiksha Prabhakar Deshmukh I want a refund for the transaction of rupees 344 initiated on the date[protected]. While paying the MPSC fees Amount has been debited twice so i want to request for the refund of the money as soon as possible.

According Sbiepay "Transaction failed", but money had debited from my bank account. customer care of Sbiepay doesnt care about anything. They literally say: "it is not our buisness bye".

On 20/07/2023 I made a payment for bihar police form by using paytm but money is debited but I didn't get any registration id please help me in refunding my money so I fill the form again

Now my account has the same amount of money, so where do I pay the fees and the last date is approaching, so what can I do so soon, please solve my problem soon. Sir, I made a payment of Rs.1005 for examination fee on dated 18/06/2021 amount was deducted from my account but was not transfered to the required source.I want to know the status of the amount. Hello there,
I was trying to Apply for a Learning license . It asked me to pay 950 for so . I was Then redirected to SbiePay Payment Gateway where I opted for Bhim UPI option. Thereafter, It said Please Confirm the Payment request from the Merchant from your UPI application (Google Pay) I accepted it and It was deducted immediately. When I got back to the Browser It was displaying a Counter of 5 minutes which I accidentally Reloaded...

I had made a payment to JNTUK amount is debited but it shows payment gateway is failed. when i tried to connect the customer care o SBIePay they are not even responding to my calls. i had mad a transaction on the 13 April 2021. please revert back to customers if they face any issues. Amount is 3500/- is it looks like money is growing to trees for student. you are charging maintenance from customers please help them.

Sbiepay refund the three transaction which are initiated at 11 Dec 2020 and amount 2300. But amount are not credited in my account.

I made a money transaction of INR 10000/- through my Google pay (UPI ID : [protected]@oksbi Google Transaction ID : CICAgKC5kYeiMA / UPI Transaction ID :[protected] to National Pension System Trust (UPI ID: sbiepay.[protected]@sbi) through SBIepay Gateway but same is not credited in NPS Accout Please do needful for the same.

Sub: online remittance made to my enps a/c.[protected] rs. 25, 000/- through sbiegov.

Ref : 1. My sb a/c. No. 1315xxxxxxx4
2. Transaction code ref. Sbiegov.[protected]cleintcode. Dt.[protected]:11:50 am.

With reference to my above mentioned sb a/c. Transaction an amount of rs. 25, 000 /- with serv. Ch + gst was debited to my account.in turn i have not received any confirmation acknowledgement / receipt from nps till today.

Pl. Let me know the status of the above mentioned transaction whether it is in accepted state or in suspense a/c.

I made a voluntary contribution to nps on 7 july 2017 for 10000.71/- through nps web site using sbiepay gate way the amount was deducted with reference number : 18409762 through vijaya bank net banking and next level did not get any confirmation message from sbiepay or nps. Till now the amount is not reverted and since three days trying to contact sbiepay over phone there is no response. Even they not bothered to reply to mails.
