S.Chand — No update about order status

I had placed one order SCHAND/201506/1430 on 29th June. Although they claim delivery of product within 5-7 business days, yet till now there is no update regarding status of this order. I have called them 2-3 times, but they were unable to answer my query.

Order no :[protected], Invoice Date:[protected]. Sir, kinldy replace my earlier ordered book from "Modern Indian History from 1707 to the present day" to " Indian History by Krishna Reddy" Kindly do the needful.
