Scholarship — small part of scholarship received

Sir i'm shashi kant & i'm a student of b. Tech computer science 3rd year in aktu university (Mass college of engineering and management sasni hathras) and i'm a obc student and i receive only small part of scholarship but in my university all student of gen and sc cast receive full scholarship but only obc student receive half/small/nill scholarship, sir please tell me the reason why...?? And please release my full scholarship.
