School Of Open Learning — Degree still not received and provisional certificate not generated

I did my graduation from SOL in the year 2014 with SOL ROLL and exam roll no 2270367 . They said that they posted my degree on 2017 which I still didn't get it. So you are requested to kindly look into this matter and help me out to get my degree ASAP. Thanking you with anticipation With warm Regards Gurmeet Singh
