School Of Open Learning — Fee payment done but fee receipt not generated

Dear sir I made a payment of rupees 4040/-to school of open learning regarding my admission on 29/10/2020
Amount is deducted from my debit card and i got a successful payment confirmation mail
but when i login in my admission portal it don't show my id card and fee receipt
