School Of Open Learning — Not received my roll no. and id card yet

Sir/madam
I have applied for du sol on 30th november in course ba eng hons.I have received a message regarding admission confirmation but i have not received my roll no. and id card yet.There is a link(du.sol.in) provided through reg. mail id but the link is not opening.Please provide information regarding this and also please availl my roll no. as soon as possible.
