School Of Open Learning — Payment deducted twice and fee receipt not generated

Sir/mam,
My fees of Rs. 4040 got deducted TWICE while doing online admission through sol admission portal but the fee receipt did not get generated. Twice I did the payment and twice an error displayed. The last date of admission is approaching and I don't know what to do. Please help me get a refund back and do the needful with my admission.

Payment was made using RBL credit card.
