[Resolved] Kidzee Pre-school — irregular beating child | |||
Respected Sir, My name is, Mrs.Yasmin living in Podanur city MGR Nagar, opp-policestation, My Daughter name is Arshiya aged 3 years, studying in RGR KIDZEE- PODANUR-23, in junior KG not enrolled, and my son name is Mohamed Akahil aged 1.5 years in Day care in same center I am paying monthly 1500/= each.,(3000/=)joint in academic year June 2012 to 2013. I am staying with my two kids w/out my husband. I came to know that KIDZEE Education was Well good and care, so I went to admission Mrs. NAZEEMA MAM Told me if you want to admit your child without kit and enrolled you have to put your son Akahil in daycare so I decided go to work and joint as a teacher in cbe.,and I paid the fees for both. From last two months Nazeema mam beating, pinching, tourcharing the both kids and rude to me for my late payment (monthly fee) that is couple of days ,daily my daughter complaint me I don’t had any source ,one day my daughter was beating the child(Akahil) with broom, I asked her why are you doing like this, she told me that nazeema mam today was doing like this to Akahil , I was shocked, but I don’t know what to do ? I prayed and cried to Allah. After two days (28/02/2013 )when I took my child Ahakil to bathroom the Child dipped his head inside the bucket that was full of water and said miss miss , I was freezeed nextday I went to school to ask Nazeema mam was not there, the other teachers were there mrs.shakeela miss was there she respond me I told her what was happened. She told me nothing is happened here , I don’t know what to do ? I ask every one they said go and ask Nazeema so I went school on 9/03/2013, to ask them she said nothing is happened here, and Mr.zakeer said go and complaint wherever you want ,our Brand will save us and we will face the problem you can’t do anything to us and our school. Not only my child is in daycare more childrens are there in day care she is doing the same tricks to them also, I don’t know because now only I knew this ,. I took my childrens from there all said to me don,t send the mail they will support only them, they won’t even respond you ,but I have Send this e-mail to you as prayers for the small kids in RGR-KIDZEE,Podanur-23. When I went for admission street neighbours new street told me not to put there the lady Mrs.Nazeema is very cruel now when I was in disappointment they said u deserved it . Kidzee Nayabad in Kolkata South is where my son was enrolled for nursery. Initially thought that it was the better Kidzee in comparison to the other two nearby Kidzees. As days passed by son got adapted and learnt few things but carried on the later session without improving on the learnings he made in the initial 3 months.
Moreover, when the nursery session was about to finish on the 11th month the principal ma'am Mrs Ghosh informed us to get enrolled for Jr Kg and set a deadline date to deposit admission fees, which we found to be 25% higher than other Kidzees when we countered that she told it was due to high rating of Nayabad Kidzee. When we were reluctant to go for admission and surpassed the deadline date she everyday used to stop us for 15 mins or so and tried to persuade us by every possible means and later offered to cut down the admission fees to match that with other Kidzees. Finally we agreed and paid the first installment and when on last month we missed a day for deposition of monthly fees she slapped a fine of Rs 50 which we confronted by saying it is up to your discretion to take the fine or not as you cut down the admission fees the fine of Rs 50 is also not a big deal to waive but she refused and said I can return back your admission fees if you don't want to continue which we happy agreed and now waiting for the amount to be returned back for us to fetch another good school where the principal is not so mean minded. Taking variable admission fees is an offence and this malpractice should not continue.
