Dear Sir/Madam,
We use excavator XE 210 at our site udaipur vati Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) for the last one year on the Name of Karani Udhyog.
The excavator broke down in the last 10 days. We have regular follow up with Mr. Kamlesh Choudhary and Mr. Sandeep Tayagi to provide a service advisor or engineer at our work site.
But both can't pick calls. Sometimes pick calls that do not provide a full response or do not provide any solution like not provide service advisor or engineer Numbers. At the time of sale your Sales advisor gets big promises regarding service or etc.
But at the time of service all promises are zero, like big zero zero. It means all are formalities at the time of sale Excavator.
You know we have to suffer and bear loss for the last 10 days. We have four Excavators Two Tata and Two JCB at our different sites and it's not possible to shift the excavator one to other sites. Both Tata and JCB provide better service for example any issue our Both Excavator than provide next day engineer or service advisor at work site. But you can't provide engineers for the last 10 days. It was a very bad experience with Schwing.
I think it's a very big mistake we have purchased Schwing Excavator. In future we have not trusted Schwing Excavator and did not guide or suggest to any one to buy Schwing Excavator because your service and support are very bad or worse.
I ask only one question who bears my 10 days loss.
Also please take necessary action against Mr. Kamlesh choudhary and Mr. Sandeep Tayagi because both do not support the customer end.
Please take necessary action and resolve my issue otherwise we have to take action against Schwing.
