I've ordered a product from them based on the picture provided in their portal. After placing the order, i realize that the color of the product is not what I want, so I searched an option to cancel it. I couldn't find the option to cancel it, so i wrote it to the support dept as given in email and web portal, which was acknowledged and a ticket opened. That was within 1 hour of me placing the order, because they didn't give me the option to cancel. All this was done on the same day before it was despatched. They however deliver the product without even responding to my request to cancel it. They should refund and collect the product from me
