[Resolved] Screen Guards India — deviating from their policy, excuses made for refund | |
They shipped a different broken product and then they shipped a low quality product. They are now not willing to refund because the original broken product they sent was apparently broken when they received. Instead they have given me their points as credit, which is forcing to me to buy their product again against my wish. I whole issue is, their return policy states "no questions asked" return then why are they not willing to return products which is of low quality. Was this information helpful? | |
