Ordered redmi note 4 mobile accessories online in the site and paid online (550). The product shipping showed cash on delivery, received the product and paid cash as well (550). Upon opening the package, found substandard accessories as well as screenguard in cracked condition. Sent emails to customer service seeking return as well as refund, no responses received to multiple emails. The phone is always switched off or not picked up. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered yesterday but now I don't want so I need to cancel order but there is no option for cancellation what should I do then so I am not going to accept the parcel
