I orderd in screencellphones.com 5 items in one cart for my redmi note 4 the products are all damaged and not good quality and that website have no return option and no response from customercare service i want to return this waste product and bring my money back am fully upset to orderd this product and am very angry about it i want to return this product and get my money back...

I placed an order from screencellphone.com in which it was clearly mentioned that jbl cs100si with price rs. 550 but when i received (E10) the product it was not genuine and it was fake.
I tried to contact screncellphone team by phone three time but i didn't get any response phone was out of order.
Today i send an email but again i didn't get any response.
I humbly request to return and refund my order as soon as possible....

I ordered for jbl for 550 but i received damaged fake product. It is not at all any sound. I am trying to contact their customers support but unble to reach them. Yesterday only it was delivered. All mobile accessory are duplicate low quality, complaint phone no remains switch off, no return policy
In their customer support which mobile no is given that is switch off in all time. Even in website there is a such type of tracking search option where i am giving all correct data but it shows me give correct data. How can i return that duplicate and damaged product?
