I am the consumer of scv set of box through cable tv operator (Barathi cable network). Stb. Model:c32008, user id:1071, serial no:164202, vc no:[protected]. As per trai guidelines i am asking what are all the pay channel watched by me. But cable tv operator insist me to take package after that, today morning i made enquiry in scv office kutchery road. Mylapore scv staffs also saying same answer then what is the use of trai 'new regulatory framework' (Or the newframework) for broadcasting and cable services. The new framework came into effect from 29th december 2018. Please take necessary action in this matter.
