My name is abdul kader, my setop box no: 832b001doc75. It's been 2 months since i got the cable... But so far, the cable doesn't seem right. They cut off the cable in 10 days. After 2 weeks of complaining to them the cable did not come. The connection came after 1 month. That too is over in 10 days. 1 month from today. No cable connection yet. I humbly request that they take immediate action and provide me with a cable connection.

    Our service provider is a fraud. He asking for money for monthly payment we give a money to him but the message didn't receive to us and he asking for extra money to pay. Honesty speaks we give money for cable tv service for monthly rs. 200. But he asked rs.800 monthly, our cable tv connection is not hd it's normal scv connection. His company name is kamalam satellite system as per govt should take action to this fraud

      I am the consumer of scv set of box through cable tv operator (Barathi cable network). Stb. Model:c32008, user id:1071, serial no:164202, vc no:[protected]. As per trai guidelines i am asking what are all the pay channel watched by me. But cable tv operator insist me to take package after that, today morning i made enquiry in scv office kutchery road. Mylapore scv staffs also saying same answer then what is the use of trai 'new regulatory framework' (Or the newframework) for broadcasting and cable services. The new framework came into effect from 29th december 2018. Please take necessary action in this matter. Asper trai information note to the press [press release no. 10/2019]cable tv operator bharathi cable tv has activated scv tamil silver pack on my set top box vc no:[protected]. Please clarify scv tamil silver cost 199+gst 18%including cable operator charges or excluding. Our cable tv operator asking rs.270. We all are trusted scv because of sun network group take necessary action for my grievance as a consumer of scv
      We got scv set off box and your service provider at Pattalam Mr Baskar his service is very worst, am buying new HD Set top box after 1 week not power on he taken by last 2 month not given return, please take action immediately.

        We got scv set off box and your service provider at kovilambakkam mr ramesh and his team service is very poor. And their talking to customers are not polite. We paid 500 rs to setup the connection and after a month they collected 220 rs. The very next day we are seeing red screen saying that we gave not paid the subscription. Made complaint to them and they cheated us by making us sit till 10.30pm even then the programs are not restored.
        Why should scv appoint such unprofessionals to get your name spoilt. Pongal has many programs and we are not able to watch any and to sit in mental agony. Need solution to this other wise i will have to take to consumer court and claim. N. Venuprasath

          I m karthik from Madurai, valluvar colony ID KNR1740. I m monthly I'm paid Rs. 200 but not worth your cable connection because poor signal and so many time SCV authorised madurai Akash cable vision contacted.but not resolve the problem also customer care talk only resolve problem but not responsible. So I'm disappointed your cable vision, if you not resolve problem tomorrow reimburse my set box amount Rs.800

            I am r. Rangadurai, secretary of sai venkat flats at 174 c. V. Raman street, alwarthirunagar, chennai 87.
            Our area cable operator for scv connection is monolisa cable tv operator, at gandhi salai, alwarthirunagar, & charges rs 260/- pm for providing all tamil sd channels & sports chennels.
            Right from the day 1 of installation, we are not getting signals, video in mega tv serial channels & other tamil channels in the range of channels 134 to154 & star sports channels in the assured sd package.. Either totally unget or only audio is received with mixed video of other channels.
            We have given plenty of oral complaints to the local operator & there is no response.
            Please bring this to the knowledge of scv csc for their immediate action
            As per scv in firmed 235 tamil gold pack

              I am from chromepet, senthil nagar. Most of the channels are not playing. I have called operator around 25 times and he had not yet come to check once. He talks like a professional rowdy and is totally irresponsible. I am planning to quit the services of scv set top. Whether the scv people are doing part time job? All channels get struck every 1 minute and not able to view
              Don't take this connection I strongly recommend. Always signal problem no program and customer care also will speak Iike they come from heaven . So waste of money

                Due to government cable tv problem our locality in pazhavanthangal nanganallur we get this problem. Our operator is such a nice person. He is giving a good response. But due to this we don't get most of the tamil and english news channels due to this problem only u had blacked out polimer news pudiya thalimurai and other important channels from the menu. We miss that channel and most of the hindi channels. The tariff is also gone high for your information is rs600/- including taxes but the operator anandhi cable asking for rs.1000/- and monthly rs350/-for hd and rs.250/- for sd boxe. I request you to take immediate step for reduce the amount and give us same amount fixed by arasu cable. Please reduce the rate and make the customer base wider by resolving those problems we trust your brand due to sun organisation and i[censored] sort it out your provider will be the best in cable service provider and also resolve the problems of the other
                HBO HD is not displaying subtitles, please enable them!!

                  Please change the operators in my area (Kottivakkam, chennai-41). Really its irritating daily except sun channels all other channels signals are not working. We gave complaint through phone they gave improper response and not giving valid reasons. They are saying they wont work after 5pm but they have mentioned 24/7 service. Please take action soon on this or we will switch over to some other dish.
                  Iam suffering for two days on signal issues ...Fix it as soon as possible

                    Dear sir, I am S.Amalraj resi at Newel gold flat 6/18 srinivasan mudali st perambur Chennai-11 I am having SCV set top box always signal is very poor regarding this i had given a compliant to cable operator directly and phone so many times for last three months somebody coming and timing only corrected and permanent solution is not done properly last five days back tech came and some place wire problem it will rectified few days but till date not rectified TV is always shown over shading the face and coloring is not properly receiving picture is not receving properly totaly signal level is very very poor this is for last three months problem is continuously available proper action is not taken no proper tech is available and paid channel sports etc also not shown properly this is for your information and necessary instruction given to the operator for immediate action pl

                      We purchased the set top box 6 months back. From the date of purchase we are facing hell lot of problems! No signal for many of the paid channels or no picture clarity. Even after complaining to the nearest local cable operators, they are refusing to attend the complaint. Few weeks back, a person checked and told there is a problem in the wire and it will be replaced soon. Even after several reminders, they are not taking any responsibility to do so. They wont respond for our complaints, but they are very punctual for collecting the monthly payments, they will disconnect the connection immediately if in case we tell them that the payment can be made only i[censored] clear the problems. They are very sincere in disconnecting the connection and not for attending the problem. It's really waste of money to pay for non clarity channels. I strongly suggest please don't go for scv cable, their customer services are very very poor. They are not even ready to hear our complaints. It's far far better to go for other operators like tata sky, airtel etc., comparing to scv I request the scv to kindly rectify the complaints immediately else we will cancel the connection.                           Sir, Monthly v r paying Rs 170 for SCV Tamil Packs, but v cannot able to view tamil channels in chennai... Channels like polimer, discovery tamil etc, give some New Scv Tamil packages including Sports ch + Tamil ch + English ch + Kids ch + News ch... New Scv Packages v need Sports - Star sports 1, 2, 4 Ten sports, cricket Neo prime Tamil - ALL English - Star movies, Movies now or Hbo kids - Pogo, CN news - Ndtv, Cnnibn, Times now and need some sports like set max, set 6 at the time of ipl and indian cricket play, in that particular time unsubscribe any two sports channel which i have mentioned above v r happy when v r using normal cable without the set top box. In cable v get all tamil channels, one sports ch is frequency changing according to the Indian cricket plays at the rate of Rs 100. Please take some necessary action to work out...

                          This SCV guys are one of the GOD & GODESSES in INDIA... Since we are in BORN in INDIA we have to MOVE the TAIL like a DOG to get our work done with these guys... Even am searching for the same for the last 1 month but all are in VEIN...

                          So please go to their office and MOVE your TAIL.. to get the DETAILS as you wish...

                            Chennai, Annanagar SCV cable operator collection man cheat the customers and collect enormous amount by telling 1. for set top box we have to pay 100 rupees 2. for cable connection i.e for cable tv 100 rupees and 3 for Channels 300 rupees . This is for one connection. He cheats and collect money. Please take action or it will be a serious problem. We have paid 500 rupees for basic Scv channels for a long time. Actually we pay 200 to 250 rupees extra for scv cable. He does not give receipt or it is not entered in that cable card. Just he pockets that money by cheating. He cheats from many customers but nobody takes action

                                Poor response from Cable TV operator

                                This is Nagarajan from Mylapore.
                                I am interested to install a Set Top Box by which I have enquired my local cable TV operator
                                Mr.Ramesh of Shailini Cable Net work mylapore.
                                He was explained the details and I too acknowledge to install the same to my home.
                                But subsequently the response from Cable operator is very poor.
                                After many calls from my end,
                                He responded as shortage of Set Top boxes at SCV...

                                i too agree with him because i receive the same problem and i reside in chromepet. though i have paid the amount for 4 months for the set top box nothing really happens and the phone numbers provided by the operators are incorrect or does not exist
                                I too have the same problem with these guys.Worst
                                MONALISA CABLE NET WORK is providing one of the worst services in ALWAR TIRUNAGAR AREA CHENNAI 600087.Phones are never lifted/answered very rudely if lifted.Personal representations end with recording alone every time.The staff behaviour is, rude and clumsy.Old persons are treated with contempt and disrespect.Will this change and better service be provided at the earliest?
