Dear sir, I am S.Amalraj resi at Newel gold flat 6/18 srinivasan mudali st perambur Chennai-11 I am having SCV set top box always signal is very poor regarding this i had given a compliant to cable operator directly and phone so many times for last three months somebody coming and timing only corrected and permanent solution is not done properly last five days back tech came and some place wire problem it will rectified few days but till date not rectified TV is always shown over shading the face and coloring is not properly receiving picture is not receving properly totaly signal level is very very poor this is for last three months problem is continuously available proper action is not taken no proper tech is available and paid channel sports etc also not shown properly this is for your information and necessary instruction given to the operator for immediate action pl Was this information helpful? |
