We got scv set off box and your service provider at kovilambakkam mr ramesh and his team service is very poor. And their talking to customers are not polite. We paid 500 rs to setup the connection and after a month they collected 220 rs. The very next day we are seeing red screen saying that we gave not paid the subscription. Made complaint to them and they cheated us by making us sit till 10.30pm even then the programs are not restored.
Why should scv appoint such unprofessionals to get your name spoilt. Pongal has many programs and we are not able to watch any and to sit in mental agony. Need solution to this other wise i will have to take to consumer court and claim. N. Venuprasath Was this information helpful? |
