Sdmc — Blocked Drainage system

Sir,
I am from RZB-110, Bharat Vihar, Rajapuri street number-25. Due to excessive rainfall a lot of water has been rushing into my house because the drains are blocked. This is not just my issue, a lot of my neighbors have been experiencing the same.
I request you to look into the matter and send a team to clean the drains as soon as possible.
