Sdmc — commercial activity in residential premises

The residential premises as mentioned being used for unauthorised commercial activity, where approx 35 people use all the facilities and create unnecessary disturbance and security issues :

This is leading to various problems :

1. Compromised securiy for senior citizens and ladies living on the ground floor
2. Water shortage for the residents
3. The water motor getting spoilt due to overload (Has to be used multiple times in the day)
4. Harm to personal property of residents (The office employee use car bonnets to keep tea / coffee mugs, flick cigarette ash etc)
5. Unnecessary noise and people movement
6. Limited parking space being used for their vehicles causing great inconvenience

Please take immediate action to close this office.
