Sdmc — Drain problem of garbage in naali

I live in sangam vihar near gurudwara
Block:- B I have been bearing the draining problem of water with garbage out side my house . It create lots of problems most of people in our area pressed to clear garbage they did pressurised many times to clear dirty garbage if I do not clear drainage otherwise they quarrel with me . I am in threatening they will do something bad consiguience regarding draining garbage . It's a whole responsibility is not mine .
