Sdmc — Garbage pickup vehicle not come in my Gali Or lane

Garbage pickup vehicle usually come daily, but neither come in front of my house. They stopped the vehicle 200m away from my house and due to illness of my mother she couldn't throw the daily household garbage in the vehicle.
We asked the driver to bring the vehicle nearby my house but he clearly refused to do the same
