Sdmc — hauz khas village parking charges

Surface level parking at hauz khaz village is supposed to be rs 100 flat as per new rule of sdmc. However, the parking person in charge is demanding rs 20 per hour extra (Above the rs 100 already paid during entry) which is illegal and wrong in my view. Kindly take immediate action against these crooks and provide clear instructions in writing outside the parking area so that no confusion is caused while exiting the parking lot.
