Sdmc — house tax paid regularly but not recorded in the sdmc

I have been paying my house tax regularly. Before e-payment system, i had been paying through cheques. Since e-payment system introduced, i have been paying through my debit card. Unfortunately only a few payments are recorded in the corporation's collection department. Rest all are missing. Recently i come to know about this anomaly.

Please note i have been paying on yearly basis even in the 1st quarter itself.
Request to look into this serious financial issue.

Dear sir,

i am resident of jain colony part 3rd, uttam nagar-110059. We are facing lot of problem regarding sweeping and garbage problem in our whole jain colony. Sweeping is not done form last mant month and garbage is also not clean by the mcd person. Sir please arrange to clean our area as soon as possible.
