Sdmc — Illegal and unauthorised construction at flat no. 927, 3rd floor, lig, dda flat, hastsal, delhi-59

This is to bring to your kind notice that a large scale unauthorized construction was held at flat no. 927, LIG, DDA flat, hastsal, new delhi -110059 without any plan and permission from any authority its further stated that the basic structure of the building is not supportive enough to bear load of heavily concrete lanter on complete roof of approximately 500 sq feet and may result to damages to the property and lives of the other occupants of the building as the basic structure is more than 25 years old, to bear the weight of the said on going construction. the entire floor has been covered more than 100% with concrete lanter, the building is quit old and no safety measures have been taken in consideration. you are requested to take proper legal action to prevent losses and damages.
