Respected Madam/Sir

This is to inform you about the illegal construction carrying on flat no 304, N-9, Narmada tower, they have initiated to illegal construction/additional flat at roof which is not allowed as per DDA building plan. Even they have constructed half of the construction which would cause damage the whole building as it is against the construction policy of DDA

It is my humble request to kindly stop the illegal construction of the above mentioned falt, It would be grateful if you can stop the illegal construction, or take action as per rules and regulation to stop the illiegal construction and demolish the illegal construction.

They have again start the construction cost illegally and not as per DDA Norm

This letter is being kept as a records for proceeding before the court.
