Sdmc — Illegal parking authority

At New friends colony, community centre, just in front of Haldiram, i parked my car and there it was written'No Parking'..so i tried to remove the moment i saw it, but parking guy came with parking receipt of it..
While discussing, i asked that parking guy to show his ID, which he wasn't carrying..i asked him the map of parking allotted space, which also they wasn't carrying...and no signage of SDMC parking board was there near to the area, which we can see in other locations..
So inshort, they are handling parking illegally..
