Sdmc — Illegal Terrace construction done by 332 Narmada Apartment, Alaknanda and always misused by them when we are away from home

Respected Sir/Ma’am,

We are currently out of India and have seen from the cctv camera footage that two people are on the roof o[censored]nauthorized construction of our neighbor, Laxmi Menon ( 332 Narmada apartments 1st floor) which is above the level of our 2nd floor.

We got scared and immediately advised our relatives to call police as we thought they are burglars.

However we got to know that our neighbor, Laxmi Menon of 332 Narmada apartments ( 1st floor) has got two laborer up on the roof without taking our permission .

That construction is unauthorized and the terrace is above the level of our 2nd floor. I am posted in Dhaka ( Bangladesh) and my wife and son stay there alone. My wife is unwell and her treatment is undergoing in Aiims. However, Laxmi keep troubling her in different ways. Few weeks back, at 2 am in the morning, she called up Police as by mistake water was leaking from our tank.

Sir, we need a permanent solution to this so that our safety is not compromised. In the past we had got letters for ransom and life threatening for which FIR ( FIR no 0063 dtd 5/7/17) has already been lodged in C.R park police station .

Either we should be given permission to put fence around this terrace/unauthorized construction so that no one dares to climb up OR this unauthorized construction is demolished.
