Sdmc — Payment Deducted but not get recharged

Very Good Morning,
I Sunil Kumar, I was trying to recharged my MCD toll app on 15th January 2022 by the UPI with Paytm. Amount has been deducted but has not been added into my MCD app. Reference no:[protected] of Paytm. Please refund my amount of Rs.200 which has deducted but not added into my account.
