I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have paid SDMC property tax[protected] on 30th June 2020 (Date), at 02:53pm (Time) online through my debit card and the money has been deducted and the payment was successful but suddenly there was an error shown on the website. After that I again login to the portal and checked the status, it is showing that there is no tax paid and I did not get the receipt.
I tried your customer care`s people number but they are not responding or some numbers are incorrect.
