Sdmc — sdmc trash van going silently or not coming at all

The sdmc trash collecting van is not coming by our road. It used to come to lajpat nagar 1 f block 106 side road at first. Now the van is not coming to collect the trash. Further, the van is not playing the swatch bharat music it needs to play. It is going silently when it comes. How are public supposed to know whether it is coming or not? Please take action in this regard. We request the trash collecting van to play the swachh bharat music so as to enable us to know to come and dispose our trash.
